Initiatives of AVN

Quality Education

At AVN School, quality education begins with a strong focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN). We believe that the ability to read with understanding and solve basic mathematical problems forms the cornerstone of all future learning. Through engaging classroom practices, joyful learning environments, and age-appropriate assessments, we ensure that every child in the early grades builds essential skills with confidence.

Partnerships with Global Institutions for Innovative Learning

AVN collaborates with renowned organizations like Adobe, NIE Singapore, and Google for education, to bring cutting-edge learning methodologies to students and teachers. These partnerships introduce advanced digital tools, global best practices, and 21st-century skills into the curriculum.

Project CaCa – Ensuring a Safe & Empowering Environment for All

Project CaCa is designed to create a secure and inclusive school environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered. It focuses on anti-bullying measures, gender sensitivity, inclusivity, and fostering a culture of respect and mutual support.

Mental Health Support

Recognizing the importance of emotional well-being, AVN provides students with access to counseling services, mindfulness programs, and stress management workshops. Teachers are also trained to identify mental health concerns and offer support where needed.

Character Building Alongside Academics

AVN emphasizes the development of strong moral values, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence alongside academic excellence. Programs and activities instill ethics, empathy, responsibility, and resilience in students, preparing them to be responsible global citizens.

Promoting Eco-Friendly Practices & Environmental Responsibility

Through various green initiatives, AVN fosters a sense of environmental stewardship among students. The school actively engages in tree plantation drives, waste management programs, energy conservation, and sustainability projects, making students conscious of their ecological footprint.

360-Degree Teacher Appraisals

To maintain high teaching standards, AVN implements a comprehensive teacher evaluation system that includes feedback from students, peers, parents, and school leadership. This ensures continuous professional development and quality teaching.

Legacy of Giving Back

Social responsibility is a core value at AVN. Students are encouraged to participate in community service, volunteer programs, and social impact projects that allow them to give back to society and develop empathy towards those in need.

Collaboration with Parents to Support Student Growth & Skills

AVN strongly believes in the role of parents as partners in education. The school organizes regular parent engagement sessions, workshops, and interactive activities to ensure holistic student development through joint efforts between home and school.
